Broker program is strictly limited to chattel (mobile / manufactured home only) loans. We Do Not finance land/home packages.

To receive a broker package and signed agreement please:
Read this entire site to learn the types of mobile home financing we provide and the underwriting criteria.  There are no exceptions to the policy.

1. E-mail your company name, address, telephone number, fax number, and
   e-mail address to us.
   We prefer contact via e-mail.
2. We will e-mail you a broker package.
3. Submit the initial customer application.
4. We sign and return the broker agreement.
5. Submit your broker questions by email.

If you have a referral for us simply complete the form and in the comments section fill in contact information for referral and loan summary.  We pay cash for any referral that funds (this program is seperate from our broker program).  Contact us for more details.
